Parent's Responsibility

At The Child Care Learning Academy, we rely on parents to ensure their child’s timely arrival and prompt pickup, supporting a smooth daily routine. Providing essential supplies and communicating openly about your child’s needs ensures personalized care. We encourage active participation in family events and parent-teacher conferences to foster community engagement. Supporting learning at home complements our curriculum, enhancing your child’s educational journey. Together, we create an environment where every child can develop and succeed.
The ELV Parent mobile application offers all the functionality found in the Parent Portal, plus Daily Reporting events that the child care provider can use to communicate your children’s activities throughout the day

Parent Responsibilities

At Grann E Learning Center, we believe that strong partnerships between parents and educators are vital for children’s success. Parents are encouraged to:

  • Communicate openly with staff about their child’s needs and progress.
  • Ensure regular attendance and punctuality to help establish routines.
  • Engage in their child’s learning by supporting activities at home.
  • Participate in center events, including conferences and community gatherings.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment.
  • Respect center policies regarding procedures and payments.
  • Support fundraising and volunteer efforts that benefit the center.
  • Encourage independence in their child to promote self-help skills.
